I took my truck in to get a full detail. This was my first time using Rich, but I had heard many good things about his service. My jaw almost dropped when I was told the total price , but i had a full detail with paint correction and sealant. My truck is black so you can imagine how hard black is to correct. Rich and his guys brought the truck back to a showroom finish. It definitely was an investment and has brought many more years of use to my truck. I recommend his services to anyone who values their car.

Rich, I just wanted to thank you for your personal attention, in depth knowledge, experience, and absolutely fantastic product line. I have been searching for this type of product as long as I have been detailing my cars. I actually decided that there was nothing available to produce the results I was looking for until you detailed my car (which I never pay anyone to do). I had to trust you with my car and I can be quite obsessive/compulsive about her. I am very happy I did. I have driven back and forth to Las Vegas from Oregon twice since you worked your magic and every time I wash her that awesome show car feel and shine comes right back with just a wash and dry. The look of the car is better than when it was brand new. I will be disposing of the years of car detailing products I have accumulated (two big shop cabinets worth) to make room for your product line. By the way the tip you gave me on how to fix the damage caused by the small amount of race fuel I spilled on the paint and plastic trim worked great and there is no evidence of my carelessness, your product worked very well to protect the paint. Rich, all I can say is WOW!!! I am very skeptical about new products since many of the claims turn out to be false. I was pleasantly surprised!!! My "test" vehicle was a black 2009 BMW 750i. The vehicle had some light scratches, swirls and buffer trails. I washed, clayed, re-washed and used the One Step Machine Gloss with a cutting pad (on a PC). Virtually 70-80% of the imperfections disappeared!!! As well, I utilized the Wheel Gel and Tire Gloss to give the tire and wheels and tires a clean and profesional look. Finally, I used the Gloss Enhancer to give it the finishing touch. Rich, I am happy to say that your products 'exceeded' my expectations.

Rich, Thank you for the incredible work done my black 911. The car looks like it has just come out of the factory...or actually better thanks to your crew and gloss-it products. When I got home one day after work and my very sweet girlfriend had told me she had my car detailed for me. Immediately a wave of fear came over me. When I went to the garage to see the ‘detail’ work my worst fears were not only fulfilled it was even worse then I could imagine. There were deep swirl marks over the entire vehicle. Every square inch I looked it only appeared to get worse and worse. I turned to my girlfriend and said ‘than you very much Sweetheart...please never do this again.’ Then I was wondering how I would dispose of the body....kidding of course....maybe. I had known at the time I would be bringing the car to you because of all the previous detailing you had done which had always been perfect. I was concerned that this might be too big of a problem to repair. There was a worry of a new paint job. I think even you were concerned about what was feasible. I know you knew my expectations were high. You did stress a little concern but still tackled the project. When I received the call from you and you said ‘You are going to like it’ I knew the car had to be back to its proper self. Little did I know the car would actually be flawless.
